Originally from Buffalo, New York, Ryan received his B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010. Following graduation, Ryan attended the Nashville School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in May 2014 and subsequently received his license to practice law in the state of Tennessee in November 2014.
Ryan has always had a strong passion for property law and began working in the title industry immediately following law school. Over the years, he has closed thousands of transactions and has established a focus in development law, where he advises clients in matters such as Horizontal Property Regimes (HPR), subdivisions, condominiums, and mixed-use developments. His other experience includes zoning and land use, real estate finance, residential and commercial leasing, business and corporate law, and homeowners’ associations.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing ice hockey, snowboarding, traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends.
