Originally hailing from Buffalo, New York, Ryan made his way to Middle Tennessee, where he earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010. His passion for the law led him to the Nashville School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in May 2014. By November of that year, he was licensed to practice law in Tennessee, ready to make his mark.
Ryan’s love for property law was clear from the start, and he dove into the title industry immediately after law school. With a wealth of experience, Ryan has closed thousands of transactions. He’s also a trusted advisor on complex matters such as commercial real estate transactions, Horizontal Property Regimes (HPRs), subdivisions, condominiums, and mixed-use developments. His expertise also extends to real estate finance, residential and commercial leasing, business and corporate law, and homeowners’ associations.
Beyond the office, Ryan’s life is just as dynamic. He’s an avid ice hockey player and snowboarder who thrives on adrenaline and adventure. When he’s not on the rink or the slopes, you’ll find him traveling, exploring new places, and cherishing time with family and friends.
With a blend of expertise, passion, and a keen eye for detail, Ryan approaches every challenge with the drive to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Originally from Northern Virginia, Beth made the leap to Nashville in 2015, drawn by its vibrant energy and creative spirit. She often jokes that her mother did this to her — title work runs in their blood! Her mother proudly claims to have been in the title industry “since Moby Dick was a minnow,” and Beth’s sister owned a title searching company for many years. It’s no surprise that this career path came naturally for Beth. For the past 24 years, she has been immersed in the dynamic world of the title industry, building her career on a foundation of precision, trust, and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest investments with confidence and clarity.
When she’s not working, Beth is a proud mom to two amazing sons. Her oldest is a junior at Tennessee Tech, pursuing his passion for live audio engineering, while her youngest is thriving as a sophomore at Green Hills High School. And, of course, the family wouldn’t be complete without the fur babies! Rocky, a Basset Hound, and Honey, a mini Goldendoodle, keep the household lively. When her oldest comes home from college, he brings along her “grand dog,” Dugg, a Golden Retriever. There’s never a dull moment in their home!
“Life has been a beautiful mix of hard work and family milestones, and I’m grateful every day for the journey. Whether I’m perfecting the details of a transaction or cheering from the sidelines of my sons’ latest adventures, I bring the same enthusiasm and heart to everything I do.”
